Sales Manager
General: Full Time. Remote and Onsite (Philomath, OR 97370)
Introduction: Lazarus 3D is seeking a highly motivated, driven Sales and Business Development Manager with experience in the Medical Device field. The manager will seek out new business, contract new accounts, drive utilization, and ensure quality support at existing accounts.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2 or more years in Medical Devices sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plan tailored to the company business goals.
- Become a Pre-Sure Surgical Rehearsal expert across all primary surgical procedures to assist in the awareness of the surgical teams, institution leaders, and payers' medical teams.
- Develop relationships through market awareness activities, routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, procedural observation, trade show participation and problem resolution, as well as leveraging key referral sites.
- Work with senior hospital staff, including buyer and key physicians in the development and execution of a plan to effectively integrate Pre-Sure Surgical Rehearsal into their surgical planning protocols.
- Develop a Pre-Sure Surgical Rehearsal training plan for on-boarding and to maximize staff engagement and drive utilization.
- Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff, thought leaders and advocates to develop a qualified lead funnel.
- Manage administrative and order-processing tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, communication with prospects.
- Log in information and complete forms into the company CRM.
- Prepare sales forecasts and participate in the determination of market potential and sales budget estimates with the leadership team.
- Maintain knowledge of the industry and the competition, continually seeking information from physicians, economic buyers, clinical stakeholders, and others to challenge, modify and prioritize strategies.
- Ensure applicable Lazarus 3D SOP's are understood and implemented.
Product Manager
General: Full Time. Onsite (Philomath, OR 97370)
Introduction: We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced and strategic medical device expert to join our Marketing team as the Pre-Sure® Product Marketing Manager, focusing on the US Market. This role will serve as a go-to resource for the US Pre-Sure® sales team and requires flawless preparation of product launches, continuation marketing campaigns, developing and tracking key metrics, and strong collaboration across all functional areas of the organization.
Basic Qualifications: BA or BS degree in a scientific discipline preferred. 5+ years of experience in Marketing (medical device product marketing experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the commercial team to increase product penetration and utilization through the development of tools and programs that provide a seamless approach to selling value.
- Collaboratively identify issues, opportunities, and associated strategies within assigned procedural areas through frequent conversations and interactions with customers, sales leadership, and account managers.
- Drive content development and implementation in all printed and digital channels, including company website, in collaboration with Agency and/or Digital Marketing and Marketing Communication leads.
- Work in collaboration with the Reimbursement consulting agency to implement field support materials, customer support tools and establish a long-term strategy for reimbursement and coverage.
- Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs.
- Responsible for market release documents, sales aids, and all customer and patient-facing materials.
- Responsible for setting and managing forecast, pricing, and sample budgets in conformance with the budgetary guidelines established annually.
- Identify, establish and maintain productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Accounts (KAs) in procedural areas.
- Plan and organize major conventions to meet with customers (sales management, reps & surgeons), coordinate and/or sponsor training opportunities and organize ancillary events.
Quality System and Compliance Lead
General: Full Time. Onsite (Philomath, OR 97370)
Introduction: We are currently seeking a highly motivated, driven Quality System Compliance Lead with the necessary experience to develop and implement an efficient, compliant, and effective eQMS for this new medical device. The Quality System Compliance Lead will be responsible for all internal and external audits for Lazarus 3D. Our quality system must meet the requirements of CFR 21 part 820 and should be built to be ISO 13485 compliant. Responsibilities include generating Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Audit Plans, and External Audit Strategy. The QS Compliance Lead will report directly to the executive team.
Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor degree in Quality Engineering, Business Management or other Engineering Science and experience with quality management systems, or have significant previous quality management system experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a CFR21 part 820 compliant medical device quality management system.
- Provide training and guidance to Lazarus 3D Management and employees as we develop, implement and improve policy, procedures and systems that meet Lazarus 3D business objectives and assure compliance to Customer requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinates and maintains internal audit schedules in accordance with CFR21 part 820 & ISO13485 Quality Management System standards and Lazarus 3D procedures and policies.
- Assesses Lazarus 3D business processes, systems and products through internal audit program to assure compliance to CFR21 part 820 & ISO13485.
- Utilizes corrective and preventive action process to correct compliance non-conformances and drive improvement of the management system.
- Measures and monitors management system data and reports to management on Quality System compliance status and improvement initiatives.
- Initiates change request of management system procedures, policies and internal audit checklist and leads implementation efforts.
Anatomy Design and Medical Illustration Specialist
General: Full Time. Onsite (Philomath, OR 97370)
Introduction: One of the key steps in the production of patient specific models is the creation of accurate digital 3D anatomy models from patient MRI and CT scan data. This will be performed on FDA cleared anatomy modeling software under relevant SOPs. Additionally, Lazarus 3D provides medical training models which also require realistic anatomical digital models, though these products are more open to artistic interpretation as they do not need to be exact copies of patient anatomy.
Basic Qualifications: Medical illustration degree or relevant anatomical design experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- In order to excel at this role, you will need to interface directly with physicians and clients to learn about and document their cases and requirements. Finally, you will be expected to learn about Lazarus 3D's proprietary 3D printing technologies to be better able to work with downstream production personnel to create designs in a way that maximize 3D printing and production efficiency.
Production Technician
General: Full Time. Onsite (Philomath, OR 97370)
Introduction: Lazarus 3D is seeking to hire production and assembly technicians to produce patient anatomy models following Lazarus 3D SOPs. This will involve the use of 3D printers, laser cutters, power tools and various machine shop tools. Lazarus 3D is a manufacturer of medical device products and all production and assembly personnel must adhere to SOPs under company policy, FDA regulations and GMP.
Basic Qualifications: Associates degree in applied industrial technology, assembly, engineering, mechatronics, 3D printing or related fields, OR 1 years experience in assembly or production.

3D Printing Technician
General: Full Time. Onsite (Philomath, OR 97370)
Introduction: Lazarus 3D is seeking to hire 3D printing and CAD design technicians to support the use of 3D printing technologies. This includes extensive use of 3D printers, including 3D printer operation, slicing of CAD designs, print scheduling, repair, and troubleshooting of 3D printers. Technicians will also work with laser cutters, power tools and various machine shop tools and perform CAD design and design review for projects.
Basic Qualifications: Have an Associates or Bachelors degree in applied industrial technology, assembly, engineering, mechatronics, 3D printing or related fields, OR 1-year relevant experience.
